Terms of Service — SchematicVault

1. Acceptance of Governance

By accessing or utilizing SchematicVault, you formally agree to these operating terms. If you find these terms unacceptable, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and affiliated services.

2. Attribution & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all building designs (schematics) you upload. By submitting content, you grant SchematicVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your work to the community.

3. Intellectual Integrity

You must only upload content that you have created or for which you have explicit distribution rights. Malicious uploads, including those containing executable code or copyright-infringing material, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.

4. Administrative Sovereignty

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, attempt to disrupt service, or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the community. All administrative decisions are final.

5. Service Liability Disclaimer

SchematicVault is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any disruptions, data loss, or damages (physical or digital) arising from the use of our services or downloaded content.

6. Modification of Terms

We may refine these terms at any time. Continued interaction with the platform following an update constitutes your informed awareness and acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes regarding platform usage, content ownership, or community conduct should be directed to the SchematicVault administration via our official Discord support system.
